4. Cultura Chocolate
Need more holiday sweets? Cultura Chocolate is the place for you! Located in the Westwood neighborhood of Denver, Cultura is a cafe and storefront where you can find countless varieties of chocolate and hot chocolate, and also uses their space to highlight local artisans and businesses honoring Latin American heritage. You can also take workshops and classes to become even more involved in the chocolate making process. 5. Shop at MATTER
The shop at MATTER is a black and woman owned business in Denver that specializes in products and books focused on Resistance, Typography, and Design Education. Their store is located in the Ballpark Neighborhood of Denver, and works to amplify voice of Black, Queer, and LatinX authors and artists. They also host book clubs, where you can connect with other readers with similar interests! From now through December 23rd, they are hosting a Holiday art market at their store from 12-8 pm, featuring over 70 Denver artists and community members.
